By purchasing a property listing or upgrade on Student Housing Finder PTY LTD, you agree to this Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Because listing fees provide immediate access to advertising and exposure services, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused time, or early cancellation.
You can cancel your listing at any time through your Student Housing Finder PTY LTD dashboard.
When you cancel:
Your listing will be removed from public view at the end of your current billing period.
No further payments will be charged after cancellation.
You will retain full control of your account and can re-list properties at any time.
If you purchase a Featured Listing upgrade, the additional visibility is activated immediately upon payment.
As the service is delivered at the time of activation, no refunds are available once payment is processed.
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
If you believe this applies, please contact us so we can review and resolve your concern promptly.
We will comply with all rights and obligations under the ACL, including refunds or credits where legally required.
If a technical issue or billing error occurs (for example, a duplicate charge), please notify us immediately.
We will investigate and process a refund or credit where appropriate.
