If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the start of the tenancy, any rent paid will be refunded in full, minus a small administrative fee. Once the tenancy has commenced, rent is non-refundable unless a suitable replacement tenant is found.
Break of lease policy
If a tenant chooses to end their lease early, they must provide written notice and continue to pay rent until a replacement tenant is found or the lease term ends, whichever comes first. The tenant may also be responsible for reasonable advertising and reletting fees.
